These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Sipwise mobile application and related content. By downloading, installing, or using Sipwise, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Sipwise is a hydration tracking tool designed to help users set water intake goals, log drinks, monitor progress, and receive optional reminder notifications. Sipwise is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Sipwise is provided for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified medical professional for individualized health guidance, including hydration needs related to age, pregnancy, medication, or medical conditions.

4. Permissions and Device Features

Sipwise may request notification permission to deliver hydration reminders. If permissions are denied, disabled, or restricted by your device settings, some features may not function as intended. You are responsible for managing your device settings and ensuring the app has the permissions you want it to use.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Sipwise lawfully and responsibly, and not to misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app or related systems. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and data.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Sipwise, including branding, design, code, and content, are owned by or licensed to the Sipwise Team. These Terms do not grant ownership rights to users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sipwise Team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of, or inability to use, Sipwise.

8. No Warranty

Sipwise is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-accurate operation.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update Sipwise features and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
